Yes, you read that correctly, the countdown has begun!! Starting June 1st through July 25th, customers are able to purchase a balloon at participating Dairy Queens to help support local kiddos at Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare, kiddos like Wes! After being born premature and remaining in the neonatal intensive care unit for 78 days, Wes began his journey with Gillette. We are proud to be celebrating 35 Years of Miracles and partnership between Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and Dairy Queen. Since 1984, franchisees, crew members, and DQ Fans have helped to fundraise over $145 million dollars for local hospitals. In 2018, Minnesota and Western Wisconsin Dairy Queens raised nearly 28% more than the previous year, totaling $280,194! These dollars provide lifesaving care, innovative research, financial assistance and even miracles to patients and families at Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare.
In honor of the amazing crew members and customers who supported Gillette this past year, awards are being delivered to the top locations!
