Extra Life Gaming Continues!

Gillette Employee Leveling Up for Extra Life

Extra Life Game Day was on November 2, but participants are continuing to put the fun in fundraising for the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals fundraising program, Extra Life!

Some of these participants include the Engelking family, who is a proud supporter of Extra Life. Not only did they play Mansions of Madness and Unicorn Glitterluck, they had no shortage of games to choose from as they embarked on their own 24-hour gaming marathon this past weekend. Other games included Bananagrams, Dirty Pig, Flash Point, Robinson Crusoe, Happy Salmon, Connect Four and Trouble. Along the way their daughter even included her My Little Ponies in the games as well. Following their fundraising and gaming marathon, the Engelking family raised over $600 for Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare, the local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital!

Beth Engelking, a Music Therapist at Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare, has supported Gillette kids for many years at Gen Con. Gen Con is one of largest gaming conventions in the world. It was here that Beth was able to help spread the word about Extra Life and the amazing care provided at Gillette Children’s. People like Beth and her family are the heart and soul of the Extra Life movement and CMN Hospitals could not ask for better advocates. Thank you for all you do to support Extra Life!
