KS95 for Kids Radiothon a Huge Success

Donors and corporate sponsors rallied on Dec. 13 at the Mall of America for the 21st annual KS95 for Kids Radiothon to raise a record-setting $774,400 to benefit kids fighting complex medical conditions and childhood cancer. The 12-hour on-air fundraiser benefits Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare and Children’s Cancer Research Fund. Clouds Choir” for a Cause in honor of Zach Sobiech, a teen who wrote a song called “Clouds”—which has become a worldwide sensation—before passing away from pediatric cancer. The cast and crew of “Clouds,” the new movie based on Zach’s life, was there as well.

Thank you to all the staff, volunteers and donors who helped make this event a huge success. Donors included: Speedway, Plymouth Lions Club, Comcast Business, Dairy Queen, Deli Express, Unilever/Suave Kids, Pediatric Home Service, Treasure Island, RDO Equipment,  Punch Pizza, SE Brands, Anderson HVAC and Kris Lindahl Real Estate.
